Hmmm. It's ridiculously warm out (like 54! :O) so I want to take advantage of the weather and run longish but I have an invitational tomorrow so I think I'll just do three miles. Neutral

Spending a lot of time watching football today (Go Pats!), then my high school classmates are having a get-together, but after that I'll head out for something at least.

So between 4 and 7 miles.

It's 65 out now...but tomorrow it's going to be back in the 40's. I can feel a headache coming already. Anyway I'm going to do 4 miles here soon and I went for 2 miles on my bike that I just got fixed!
Oh, about running today, my trainer is making me use this Tempo Trainer that beeps everytime your right foot should hit the ground. I'm kinda nervous about using it because it seems like I might go to fast...idk, it might help keep a steady pace though. Anyone ever heard of these Tempo Trainers though? They are usually used for swimming.

I had a 1000m race, I ran 2:55 but since the meet had bad competition I won. Very Happy

That gives me 10 points (the exact amount needed for a letter), but the same thing happened to a soph last year so I'll have to wait and see.

Used the Tempo Trainer on my run...it was really hard and definatly held me back a bit. Guess I'll have to increase the pace.
