I run with a cell phone when it's just a few of my girl teammates running with me. If we stay in town, then I don't bring it, but if our run takes out of town a little then I have it. Over the summer we had a few creepy guys yelling out the window at us a few times...creeped me out. When I told my mom when & where, she went online and found out that we had been running by a bunch of sex offender houses! uh-oh.

yeah i thought the same thing, my mom makes me bring my cell and thats it. But i guess if i got in one those situations though I'd pretty much be screwed
