I have some interesting shin pain that doesn't actually hurt when I run. Well, actually it hurts in the first minute or two of the warmup... or when we run in between exercises in circuit training or do strides. And it hurts when I walk down stairs. Sometimes it will randomly twinge when I"m just walking normally. When it does hurt, it's only on the inside lower part of my right shin... it's begun to hurt more when it happens, but it hasn't gotten more frequent. it feels kind of like a shin splint except I've always had those in both legs... and they hurt all the time I was running.
So does anyone have any ideas? I just got new shoes, so it isn't the shoes (and it started before I got the new ones too, so it wasn't the new shoes that caused it)... anyway, I"m not too worried about it since it doesn't bother me when it actually matters.
