ive actually read an article on something like this. it said something liek 10 or 15 minutes of sex is equivelant to a mile of running i think. i should probably recheck that.

Nobody judge me but I had two experiences of this in the spring(both girls were really hot btw, if you saw pics you'd agree)
and it just generally lowered my stress levels and improved my mood for days afterwards, so I think it had a positive effect on my running.
