    I wanted to start using a online running log and I wanted to know Do you use a running log? Is it online? What is the best online running log?

    I like sporttracks. it's free, and uses the info from my garmin. You can download it here.

    I just use google calender. It doesn't keep track of anything for me though.

    I use the runner's world online training log. It's pretty simple.

    i used to use rw, but then my team set one up at running2win.com, its reall good and you can see how you teammates are doing and how your team is doing as a whole

    I joined RunningAhead because 1. Mapmyrun look confusing 2. I'm ip banned off of rw. 3. I don't want to make my computer slower if I don't have to by download something.

    I heard nike was good but it's more for the people that upload from that nike+ running shoe/ipod thing.

    i write it, that way i can see everything in a few years and its easy to look at everything. but ive never tried online, so i wouldnt know.

    if have a question on Running Ahead.
    On RA training log it says something about how you can upload stuff from Coolrunning.
    if you have stuff saved on RW training log...can you upload it from there onto RA?
