    30 min cardio && strength mixx. arms and core
    25 min neighborhood run. (some hils). medium pace. concentrated on breathing.

    wow so i just tried to go out for like 4 miles but it was like trying to breath underwater. 89% humidity and 85°. omg it sucked. and i walked quite a bit :-X turned out to be about 2.5 miles of jog/walk

    will do a speed workout later with maybe a few easy miles after. and lifting. and abs. but now off to work look around

    Nah, I'm doing 17 miles. Maybe the easy part was a bit of an exaggeration, but the distance isn't.

    5 miles moderate in the morning.

    THEN I ran to my coaches house to help with yard work around 9am, and I just got back and its 5pm. it was SOO much fun. Rolling Eyes
    But since shes my second madre I guess its cool.
