Last week was 40 although it was me doing 10 miles each day for four days and then not doing anything or resting for 3 days.

Am I the only one that doesn't go to big meets? The best highschool meet I went to is Districts.

Why would you run at nationals though? If you're not national-caliber you shouldn't clog up the meets. And RWS, the best I ran at was an equivalent of your districts.

They do have teams for AAU. I didn't clog up the meet, I wasn't in dead last.
