    3k, PRed by 36 seconds, 10:00. I ran a great race tactically, I could have run a bit faster, but I'm happy. I sat on the leader's shoulder until 2 laps (520m) to go, and never looked back. Won my section (the slower section though)

    had practice.
    i was supposed to:warmup, then 8X600's, then cool down.
    well after a few i puked a bunch from over working myself, that tends to happen to me. :/
