i just looked back on race results from where i PR'ed and my friend whos in 7th grade (whose a girl) did an 18:33 5k. shes going to kick my ass when im a senior.

umm,she was doing the junior olympics but before she went anywhere she faked an injury because her parents couldn't afford to travel at the time. but yea she'll go really far in running.

for a 7th grade girl to run a 18.53 5k is pretty good.
I know I know ny is just SOO amazing but I'm sure that would still be considered good for a 7th grade girl.
Being captain shouldn't be based on speed, it should be based on leading abilities. The best player isn't always the captain =/
