    I dont think my coach realizes what I can do. Last year he had me on about 15 mpw! I built to 40-50 now and Im looking for ways to show him potential and work me harder. Suggestions?

    lol pipe is the person frosh is freshman...thats what we call all our freshman its not a bad name or anything just easy to say i guess? so i was asking piper are you going to be a freshman? lol. i always call piper pipe..it sounds cooler.

    thats pretty impressive. i would say 45 quality miles would be good; the more mileage, the larger chance of injury as im sure you know.

    actually i didnt realize you were 13 haha. i would peak at like 35 or 40 miles a week. while that isnt a ton, a girl on my team last year was doing that kind of mileage and she has run an 18 minute 5k and 5 minute mile. so yeah.

    hmm at my school jr. highers can't run on high school teams. They can practice with us but, they can't run in meets for us.

    yeah i know. but like if you were a girl i'd say tops 30 mpw but i find guys can usually handle more mileage than girls. i was just proving my point that like even on fairly low mileage you can still perform pretty well.
