Anyway, I decided to take advantage of this delay and tried to do my run this morning. My hamstrings have been hurting(again!) and yesterday I had a horriable, slow run. Today I really wanted to do the 3x1 mile repeats my trainer wanted me to do...but after the first one, the time was SOO slow (6:53
I feel like shit now, do you think I made the right decision? I just thought, well, I'd rather not run and feel better than run and hurt myself even more. What do you think? Sorry, this turned out to be so long...







Hopefully an 8 or 9 miler tomorrow though
