coach wasn't there, there is currently a huge snow storm so i just went home... i slid all the way down a hill with my car out into the middle of a major intersection, luckly there was no one coming, and an old teammate of mine almost nailed me going 35 because he couldn't stop, but swerved into the non-turning lane

ran a bad leg in the 4x800. they put me in jv though (grr) so i still ran faster than everyone else on my relay team. this is my second meet of the season because i was gone for christmas break and i pretty much forgot how to race. i was pacing myself way more than i had to. i ran a 2:41. ehh whatever.

Was supposed to go for a nice 5 mile run. Realized how sore I was from running so hard this week, so I was just going to do it nice and easy. Once I started running, everything in my body started to hurt so I only went 2.2 miles...then my mom suggested to go on the elliptical, but that hurt more than running. So, not a good running day for me.

well last night i had a meet. i had fun with umm a certain somebody, we kinda left the meet completely and came back for our races.
