I'm suppose to get orthodics soon, they think its going to get rid of my tendon etc... pain. They fitted me for them and it seems like impossible to run in them, so you can actually run in them? And your pain is 0 with them in? I want mine so I can have no pain every bloody run =[

    anyways rest day.

it took a long time for me to get mine fitted for me because one of my legs is a bit longer than the other, the ones i got were kind of expensive too. but they take a little while to get used too. now i have had them for almost 4 years and have zero pain (unless you run without them like i did).

Moderate 5 miles in 36:08, a new PR. It was quite hot (80s) + humid.
