i havent been on for a couple days i think. but anyways yesterday was the best day ever! i beat all the girls in my race by over 30 seconds! I almost beat my teams 5th boy. i did a 22: 37 5k cross country course.

surprised this wasnt titled something about 9/11.. anyways at out meet today we had a moment of silence before every race.
I did TERRIBLE uggh I didn't go out nearly as fast and I just basically got stuck in the back and my thighs were on fire and it was hot and I just got stuck in a slow rut. booo I just want to forget it and do better next time.

OH but our guys team dominated for the first time in ever, which is cool.
Their times were kinda slow though, I think overall it was crappy for everyone.
