Totally windy Thursdailies

And when I mean windy I mean dangerously windy. I lost power in my house while I was at school and it came back an hour or so ago.
Well, I returned to running on Tuesday! Huzzah! I run every other day right now so today was a running day. Just a very easy mile around the track. But I felt ten times better than I did Tuesday so that's a great sign! I move back up to 2 miles next Wednesday. Then I'm going to the gym later for a little x-training and core.

the wind was ridiculous! i only ran 5 (we're in between seasons right now) but it was actually really hard haha

I didn't run because I was doing my six hours behind the wheel to get my permit
The wind was crazzyyy, it made me even worse of a driver than I normally am

Not really windy here, but abnormally warm! It almost hit 40

My IT band is a bit better than yesterday, although no much. But I was able to run on it, and as long as it isn't worse tomorrow, I'll go to practice on Saturday (only 1000m @ 1500m race pace, a nice easy workout)

ahh i know. it was pretty windy here too. not as crazzy though. makes my warmm 37 degrees feel not too warm anymore =/
