lol I have 4:43 and 16:58 which suggests a sick 3200. but both times I ran it, I was on a dirt track in a dual meet and my coach made me hold back...the times were 10:40 and 10:38. welcome to the "relatively bad 3200 pr" club
thanks for your confidence. altho I try not to dwell on what i "could have done" or "should have done". i'll have to see how my journey to 9:48 works out this year to figure out my 3200 potential.
