For seriously.
Anyway, 7 miles not exactly hard but pushing it. Ran with a 2:20 marathoner. We started out with a group of eleven and eventually it was just me and him. It was kinda awkward. But atleast it proves I'm getting in much better shape.

rode my bike 7.5 miles to my school ran a warmup of .5 miles and realized i wasnt going to be able to run much farther. rode my bike back home. im very upset. my back is giving me hell this week and i dont know why. i really need to go to the chiropracter cuz i have a 5k saturday and practice starts monday. i really dont want to be injured.
