    Long basic endurance run with teammates. Lots of hills and we might add in some drills and/or sprints just to mix it up a little bit.

    A good tempo should be between 20 and 30 minutes.......so unless your tempo pace is 10 min/mile, that's not doing much. And anyway, summers a time to run long and easy, not do fast workouts.

    or you could try nd first. most of you on this forum wouldnt last a week in our icy, snowy, and -10 degree weather that occurs in my city.
