Brick workout later. Run-bike-run or just bike-run. I dunno. Pretty much feel like crap today.

Supposed to be 90 minute long run. Instead I took a 2 hour nap this afternoon, and now I'm working on my essay which is taking longer than expected. Probably will only do about an hour, fairly easy after my race yesterday.

    ya my run sucked.
    made 10.5 miles @ a beautiful pace
i needed to blow my nose and a bunch of blood came out
and it bled for awhile. my dad made me stop. and that was the end of the run.
it was going to well too.
