I was going to have my dad hang up my plaques but he never got to it and I never told him where I wanted them. So for now they're all in shoe boxes.

I take the summer off from running diets. I still eat healthy and all that, but I'm not nearly as picky as I am during the season.

Re: The Next World Record
same here. i don't know what I had, it was like disordered eating where I was eating too little for my activity. I dropped too low and then I had a horrible swim team season. And this summer I didn't even join. I guess it didn't hit me until later that undereating can cause weakness. Now I make sure I fuel up and my running is getting more awesome and I feel stronger every day.
I guess 5lbs is okay. I wouldnt drop that even, but if you do, make sure you don't go too low and that you're still fueled to run. Good luck.

Re: The Next World Record
I go on the scale like at the gym..and I get really mad if I lost any weight. lol
I think I would die if I went on a diet, all I do is eat and I like it
so if there is something that is the opposite of anorexia, I would be that.

Re: The Next World Record
The only time i lose weight is wrestling season, which is very unhealthy. Coming off of that season my running is at its worst when i haven't fueled properly.
