i go because my my neck and back hurts all of the time and i get head aches. but i orignially went for them to help me with my hip. the chiropractor cracks my neck and back and they can tell when your muscles are tight, and they do some sort of therapy thing with pads that tingle and it helps your muscles. some times your muscles will twitch, like when i had it done on my neck my shoulders would shrug. i almost fell asleep because its relaxing.

My Race: 2 miles of hills at 10,400 feet along with me completely screwing up the race (mentally) resulted in a 19:52 5K...I've got some serious thinking to do

on a more positive note we won our first XC meet since 2001!!! but i moved from second to 4tth position on our team :/

*oh and BTW, a low 15 runner raced a 16:47 to take first against good competition...this race was brutal

No. I love hills, if I lived in altitude I could've done really well on that course (comparatively).

i hate mosquito bites. that sucks for you guys. i recommend the benadryl anti-itch cream. it works wonders.
