its like a day but my friend ran after anyways and he was fine lol. it just depends who you are i think some people like pass out and stuff and some people are fine.

They did a thing on best staches in sports history yesterday on ESPN but Pre wasn't in it.

He posted this like last November...When your running is completely gimped from your blood donation, don't come crying to us.

oh well i saved 3 lives

so i had a breakthrough this week. i ran 5 miles in 30 minutes once this week even. and today i ran in a river with shorts and shoes still on!

thats faster than what i ran in a 5mile race last year at this time
I am racing that same race this August (i feel a big pr in the 5miler cause i only raced it once)

i work @ Culvers. The fast food place.
i deliver the orders to the dining room or the cars outside.
my feet get sore though. lol i can run for 2 hours but i hate standing for 6.
i started yesterday. and they are making me do 2-a-days. which isnt bad
