i hate doing hurdles. At least they fall over when i hit them..Steeplechase on the other hand...

Yeah I don't know if I would have the nerves for steeplechasing. I'm notoriously clumsy (I think there were two races last xc season during which I stayed on my feet the entire time....). That would be a really good way for me to break my neck!

i woud kill myself, or injure myself really bad

i think steeplechasing would be sweet. if i run in college i would want to try that.

ehh i would try steeple chase but it would be death..lol.
i'd try it though to see how it is and then who knows what could happen.

i'd love to do the steeplechase..but my stupid school doenst do it >.<

Yeah, my high school doesn't have it either. I used to do hurdles in 7th grade and I was good at jumping them, just not at the speed, thats my I think a steeplechase would be good cause its longer.

so I was talking with my friends today about what you do right after you run.

I usually cool off, drink a little, stretch, maybe eat a little, and shower. how bout you guys?

Cool down, drink, shower...not much else that I can think of. Sometimes I'll eat something.

off to run, except it is getting ready to storm and lightning, and i will be on an open track

if i dont post by tommorow evening. im dead.

and after a run. i walk for a little bit, find something that hurts, complain about it, go get a ton of food. dry my face off. check my myspace comments ect. and runnerstrial. then shower. ect

after i run, i stretch, sometimes ice, then drink gatorade or another sports drink.

thats to bad . my dad loves running during storms, so doesnt care if i do it too. one time during a really bad typhoon, there was water up to the middle of my shins, and there was a fallen tree in the middle of the road. it was awesome

i think the wind would blow me away though. severe weather alert too. and i have seen lightning like every min. lol
it would be fun though.

running in storms is pretty fun, i ran in the hail once, and it was awesome.

We went runnning during the last hurricane we got up here. It was fun...but halfway through it started hailing like crazy so we went home. My parents don't really care, at least, unless I track mud all over the house

so i had an awesome run in a thunderstorm today and im not being sarcastic lol. i love storms.

i would be afraid of the lighting just me

lol, its the thunder that scares me when i run in storms, cuz its like waaaaaaaaaay loud.

i just dont want to die from lighting
