    our coaches make sprinters and distance runners do arms drills every single day. 90 degree angle, cheek to cheek, slow-fast.

    you shouldnt be, some people just jump at the oppurtunity to be an ass. arm drills are legit, especially for sprinters.

    I agree, I did arm drills 3 times a week during sprinting, and it helped my form tremendously for distance. If anyone here runs faster than a 52 second 400, please tell I'm wrong. Please.
