Very serious question here
I woke up this morning and noticed something weird....... I have long arms! I'm pretty sure I had long arms before but I never noticed them before. Anyway is it an advantage or disadvantage? I have no clue.

I have a large wingspan too. It helps in basketball, but it is probably a minor detriment in running. Just extra weight to move.

Thats what I thought too but I ready somewhere in this forum that arms are a necessity for running and I was thinking it would actually increase my speed.

Strong arms help you with speed not log arms.

Re: Very serious question here
How the fuck did you not notice the length of your arms before.
Did you just decide to reach for the top shelf where the breakfast cereal is and notice you no longer needed a chair to reach them?
Or where you measuring something else when you decided to find out the length of your arms?

Yes, arms are a necessity to running.....running without arms would be difficult.

our coaches make sprinters and distance runners do arms drills every single day. 90 degree angle, cheek to cheek, slow-fast.
