I screwed my entire week up. I wanted to continue to hold my 35-40 mpw by doing 35 at a faster pace. Instead I didnt do more than 8 miles in one day. All my longer runs were at an awful pace.

Easy 6 miles through the rain and 25 mph winds. It was awesome! I got mud all over my legs.

Took a rest day today because I'm going out tomorrow for a hard 5 with a group.

So I did 3 miles easy (really easy--like 9 minute pace)
