HomeSo some of my races are on an asphalt track and there's no way that im wearing my spikes on it. so i was thinking of buying a pair of racing flats for track. The Nike Lunar Racer seems like a fast shoe since its really light but it looks like its a bit too chunky. So do you guys have any suggestions on which racing flat i should get? What do you run in if you have a pair?

i run in flats for track...im too lazy to pick up spikes. i dont remember the model, but the manufacturer is new balance.

I have the Shay Xc Spikes and I like the a lot. Never ran on a track in them though. I will next tuesday.

I bought the lunar racers =) they are amazing, you bounce up like there's springs on your feet when you run
