Rest day. TRACK STARTS TOMORROW(for real this time, lol)!!!! I'm so excited!

Lol, POST EM!!(I just ate a giant muffin...so I'm really hyper)

rest day

10 mile 'long' run (not really a long run, just my longest of the week) today.
It snowed about 3 inches, and now everything is melting so I'm going to have 3 inches of slush for most of the run

Edit: Run was good, albeit a bit slow, but the conditions underfoot weren't great. HR was higher, but better than last weeks long run.

^^ Well that sucks. IT's 75 degrees here.

Track season won't be that warm until later, like its pretty much over later.Its funny though because when its warm we all pr by so much. I love running in warm weather, your legs actually feel like moving. haha

like 34 and snow/rain here. Either rest day or 3 miles easy. Still making up all my sick work from school =/

Hurdles today went awesome!
Trac kstarts tomorrow and I'm...terrified! But I am excited for track meets.
