Lol, I don't know, random title.
Ok, so I ended up not having a mile time trial. I thought that was what my trainer said we were doing, but it wasnt, lol. He actually had me doing 2 800m time trials and they went AWSOME!!! I even pr'd, so today was a great day for running! Very Happy Then I did hardcore workout with trainer/group. And I might go for a 2-3mile jog later if I feel like it.

    What were your 800m times?

Last rest day for me before I start easing back into Base Training Smile
And since almost everyone is back in town for spring break, my graduating class from HS and I are all going out for dinner tonight SmileSmile

5 mile race, finished in 34:58, didn't do too well. Took it out too fast and didn't have enough energy left for a bridge and rolling hills in the last 2 miles.

Ok, this is going to sound like I'm making excuses. But, in November I ran a 2:57 and then a 3:06. Today I ran a 2:51 and a 3:01(I think...or it might have been :02, i can't remember) Anyway, this is were the excuses come, lol. It was windy out and where I ran it is on the road and I have to trun around 3 times(its 200m strait, so I had to do it 4 times). So, that just means when track starts(2 more days!!!) My 800m will be even lower! I am just so happy how good I did! Lol, that was long, but thanks for asking!
