Rest day too. I had a cough yesterday, and today it's a full blown cold - fever, headache, weakness, fatigue, coughing, and a bit stuffed up.

AND I've got midterms in all my subjects this week. And my last race of the season is Saturday (and we don't have outdoor)

Well...I have a runny nose and a bad cough but being the running addict that I am ...of course I ran with my team. Our coach had us run a 6 miler in the constant rain. Lovely. And my shins were hurting to boot.
    Fantastic ayy?

    2.1 and core
well, i still have no idea what's wrong with my knee. heck, i don't even know if it's my knee. the pain is sometimes at my knee, but then when i'm running it creeps up into my quad and hipflexor then it goes back to my knee, then it hurts all over.
since i took yesterday off and biked, i was hoping it would be better today...Neutral
good thing my coach had to get back early so he only wanted to do a measly 2.1 miles. i was trying not to limp because limping can just cause even more problems...i just wish i knew what was wrong. it hurts just to walk.
sorry for the huge rant...i can handle the pain, but what i can't handle is the fact that what if i'm injured and i can't run? what if i have to miss out on track?

Well, it makes sense to not have an outdoor. I certainly wouldn't want to be in school in the summer, and you can't have outdoor track in Canada till at least April.

    9 miles of the famous workout that I do (on treadmill-speed 6.5 (9:14 per mile pace)- mile 1 at 1% incline, mile 2 at 2%, mile 3 at 3%...mile 9 at 9%).

This is better than the previous longest distance that I've done it (which was 8.68 miles) which either shows I'm improving or that I can run a little more if I rest the day before and don't run 12 miles the day before which was the case with the other one.

    hard 6.
i've had a cough for the past week. its seriously killing me. I can't say a sentence without it getting butchered by my coughs. and it's not like i feel sick or anything, and im not coughing up any flem or crap like that. its just a dry cough kind of thing thats annoying as hell.
