No jewelry of any kind. No metal in the hair (clips, bobby pins... because you know people can fling that stuff in your eye) you can only have headbands of a single color, nothing on the wrists... I don't think your even allowed to have writing on your arm??. All the undergarments must be of the same color for all the people in relays or on the xc team, and only one showing logo. The last couple weren't exactly jewelry... just annoying

yep yep. I'm from the same state so yea true true. My sister got caught at state finals for having a bible verse on her hand they made her wipe it off...so before her next race she put the verse on her ankle where they wouldn't look.Uh Buh Der wrote:No jewelry of any kind.
