Ran 4 miles, and my hastring didnt hurt!!! YAY!!! Lets hope this keeps up. The roads were all slushy and icy though, so it was really hard to run on. Then I went to work out with my trainer...I'm dead tired right now. I feel like such a whimp though when I am there, because it is with a group and I'm always the last one done, use the least amount of weight, and sometimes I have to have a modified move. I know its because I'm just starting and the rest have been doing this stuff before, I just hope I get stronger soon.

wow, so we were supposed to have this big ice storm right, well once again all it did was rain. It was like 32.0000000000000000000001 degrees outside so it rained. We were out yesterday and it just rained all day, then today we randomly had a 2 hour delay for no reason (not complaining) and so this kills my chances of running today and I have a meet on friday.

snow day! it was amazing, i vegged on the couch and read harry potter all day 
i'm cool. it was supposed to have been a 6-7 mile day but that would have been dangerous outside. i probably should have done like an hr on this cardio step machine we have but it makes my butt really sore lol so i didnt want to do it, cause my last indoor meet is on friday. i'm going to dore core/upper body now though
