    I'm going with lower.
I know a girl at school who got her nipples pierced (makes me cringe thinking about it) yeah its just ahhghhgh blaah, gross. I'm pretty sure 99% guys dont even find that attractive.

Yeah the lip and face piercings are dumb. And gauges, so many people are going to regret it when they have to get their ears sewed back together. My ex got some and he has upgraded to ones the size of a 50 cent piece (and slightly bigger) its so gross.

I think nose piercings are okay, as long as they're tiny. A girl on my team has one, and it works with her. So it really depends on the person. I'd imagine that changing them/colds would suck, though.

I don't get offended by being called a chick (not that its ever happened), but I can sort of understand why someone might- its kind of belittling and goes with the whole objectifying women thing.
For some reason it just makes me think of 90s teenage boys trying to pick up girls.

Does anyone else ever have the urge to ask people if their goal times are attainable when they read posts where other people do?

Omg me too. I walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to math class and I feel like I'm going to die.
And I feel like I'm going slower than everyone else. And I'm the runner! I don't understand.
Haha, it can't be that I use all my leg power at practice and all the non-athletes have plenty to use, can it?

It works completely different muscles. Quads are barely worked while running, but when stair climbing, it forces muscles that are barely ever used to work hard

lol, yeah I get a little winded walking upstairs sometimes yet, I can manage long runs, speedwork, and doing hill-repeats (or RUNNING stairs) for quite a while with less fatigue...I don't get it either

Dyestat isn't bad if you avoid the playground and don't say anything stupid on the general running talk section. I don't post there though because I'm not allowed.

same, I hate walking up the stairs.

Then try having weights right before you have a class on the upper level..and you just did squats, cleans and lunges. I would about die when I got up top =/
