    had a half day, testing for 4 hours as well.

    at least it doesn't count towards our grade it just suggests a job determined by our answers.

    Good luck with all your tests. I'm going to try and do my first 7 miler...but my mom says she thinks I'm over doing it. What do you think? I have gone two weeks with a 6 mile long run and now I am increasing it by 1 more mile. She totally does not think I should do it, but I was talking to this one lady who was the state champ back in the day and she was telling me how running long and slow is the key to go.
    The only problem is that I only have an hour to do it, because ny the time I get home it is almost 3 and my mom wants me in the house at 4(because we at dinner! I know, why so early? I have no effin idea) So, if I don't get through all 7, I'll do whatever I have left after I eat. Sorry, this post was kinda long, had to rant. But yeah, does anyone think I'm over doing it?

    My Oral isn't 4 hours long, it's only 15 minutes long (4 hour oral would be brutal!)

    If you don't get through all 7, I don't see the point of doing the rest after. When its broken up, it isn't a long run. I think 7 is fine, and I don't see why you couldn't get through all of it. What is your normal easy run pace?

    so im still not running. still sucks but im not risking getting anymore pain because i dont know whats causing my pain now or why i have it. hopefully going to the doctor soon.

    a 7 mile long run is not overdoing it, unless you're running it hella fast.

    no, 7 miles is not overdoing it. and if you do it in an hour thats like 8:30 pace, which you could probably handle.

    Thanks guys. I did the 7 miler and I got home before 4. My mom couldnt believe I did it. HA! Anyway, I am super tired now because I ran it a lot faster than I should have(just so I could get home in time), so tomorrow is definantly going to be a slow day. But the 7 miles felt so good!

    Ughh I hate these words but "rest day"

    Usually due to school I either have time to run or to play violin each day (and I don't split it and do like a half practice for each one, I either do a good amount or session of running or a good amount or session of violin playing), so today instead of running I played my violin for 3 hours.

    Will probably go back to running tomorrow and no violin
