I fooled around on the treadmill a little bit. For most of the time I was on it, I was going 6 mph (10 minute miles), starting on 1% incline, and after every 5 minutes I went up a % until I got through 10%. Then I went back to 1%, and over the next mile and a half I went from 6 mph to 10 mph randomly. I was just playing around on it at that point and didn't really have a plan.

Then I cooled down for 15 minutes on my exercise bike.

So 6.5 miles total for running(I know I have no life for figuring this out, but after using a treadmill pace chart and doing a bunch of math, I actually ran the equivalent of 7.5 miles if it had been flat) , and then 15 minutes on my exercise bike. I might do some core later.
