Have no school today so decided to run in the morning. Did a 5 mile fartlek, alternating between fast and slow miles. Times were: 6:47, 9:04, 6:50, 9:14, 6:46.

Well, i dont have scool either so I'm walking out the door to go to work. My legs are really sore, so I dont know if i'm going to do my planned 3x1 mile repeats while I'm on my break. We'll see...

Your break is long enough to do a full workout! Lucky!

Anyway, my leg is a bit worse today (but only marginally), so a rest day today. Although I do have a hockey game tonight to play.

I thought i was going to have a long break, but i didnt. I had to take a rest day anyway cause my legs were hurting, but i ended up working for 10 hours strait with NO break. Lol, and i work in a resturant, so there is a lot of walking the whole time. I think i made up for no running today.
