7 miles easy to finish off the 70 mile week. Tomorrow I'm off to camp, but at least it's my day off. Scared!!! I have a super hard workout the first day.

Re: family fun fridailies
Mile time trial, I got 14th with 5:05, but 13th was 4:55 so it doesn't look like I'll be able to pass anyone easily. Plus we're getting one or two people faster back from injury and a transfer.
Spark Notes: It looks like I'm out of top 14.

My PM run was 10 miles decided I felt good halfway and stopped by my aunts at the 9.5 mile point to get water then finished last half mile.
Prob run later and see how I feel

First day of XC practice today
It wasn't really an organized practice, it was freshmen and newcommers run our 5K course if you don't know it, everyone else just run whatever you want.
I ended up running 10 miles

Re: family fun fridailies
pretty much a rest day. i worked 7 hours then i went over to vault and got carried away on my warmup run (usually like 5 minutes) and did 15 minutes lol. but that was it other than sprinting down the runway with the pole. i had an awesome day of vaulting :-D

4.5 easy (which became 4.5 easy + 2 miles of panicked sprinting after being horribly lost...it was great).

Re: family fun fridailies
800 warmup
2.5 miles med-hard.
2x800's 5k pace.
strides and 800 cooldown.
yeaah really hard workout
I felt so stinking slow though, like my 800 splits were bad. ugh
