Who all's going to a footlocker race?

I'm leaving tomorrow to go to the Midwest Foot Locker Race which is on Saturday...we have a group of 3 going to go and run it for the 1st time...basically just for the experience since we aren't blazin fast enough.

Is anyone else on here planning on even going to their region's race?
I know that Through_the_Pain is working at one...

i registered to go with my team to the midwest one, but had to bail at the last minute b/c of basketball. So im just sittin at home this weekend. bummer

i'm not going, but a boy & a couple girls on my team are going to the midwest one

I just got back from the Midwest Race. I did...cruddy.
I woke-up with a sore throat and a stuffy nose...the race therefore went bad. It was so freakin muddy everywhere!

I don't have any running pics because I think that it would have been kinda hard to run with my camera and all...plus my mom wasn't there to take pictures like she usually does.

I stole a bunch of the foot locker flags and i got a free jacket
I also took some of the thin white banner type tape with the FL logo on it has a souveneir

I did the South Regional last year but I was burned out by then so I ended up going way off my PR, however it was a great experience..

this year i didnt go because i did not have a great season and because i needed a break really badly, i could not keep my season going longer....my teammate was expected to qualify for Nationals, but she didn't unfortunately...

That's EXACTLY what happend to me this year. My race was..well...BAD. It was so cool to be there though...now I get to say I was at the Foot Locker Midwest Regional! =]

I'm hoping I'll be able to run in the NE regional next year. I really want to because it'll be my senior year next year and I just want to for the experience and to say I did haha. Maybe I'll pull a miracle and qualify for Nationals.
