For some reason I am not anymore. But for about half a month when ever I tried to log in/join it told me I was banned before I even logged in.

Thanks for all the advice on running journals! Currently I just write down what I run on a piece of paper. Is there a place on the forum where we could have our own running journals that people could subscribe to and critique? I think it would be a good idea and it would be good encouragement as well.
