The best part about it was that nobody thought we could place top 2. Everyone thought Hesperia had it in the bag but they didn't. It was...amazing once again! =)

No, I was our #6 runner. In front of our #5 girl were a bunch of individuals that didn't count in the final score since they didn't have full teams. Our #5 ran a 20:56 and she would have had to have ran a 20:30something to get 12 girls that were on full teams. We gave everything & that's all we can ask for. Next year though, my team isn't losing anyone this year so we have a VERY good shot of taking the title. The #1 team had 2 or 3 seniors.
