    An impromptu rest day...
A lovely six inches of snow; practice is canceled, the gym is closed,
and our treadmill is broken. I'll probably just do core and some
    lifting.

Day 2 of my lovely two week break. I guess I'll start cross training next week when this knee thing clears up.

Changed to 4.5 miles, took the first 2 easy (I also had a 40mph headwind) then dropped the hammer and then ran 6:29, 6:09 and 2:50 for my last 2.5 miles. It felt good to burn some rubber.

6th day off. Ankle feels fine to walk on but it still hurts to move it side to side

Did 5 miles on a cross-country course. Weather was perfect and I did an all-new 5 mile PR of 36:27. My 4 mile split was 29:10 which is also another PR.

1 mile as fast as you can. That is all Neutral

Fun relay meet which I thought was tomorrow, so I got called out of history class to go to the meet (its really the middle school league but its a tradition that we go and run)

And its at probably my favorite park EVER. Its in seattle on a cliff and it over looks the sound and it smells like the ocean and the leaves are everywhere. awww I could live there its sooo pretty. Colman park if anyone from wa knows about it........
