Could just be normal from training. I know I was getting a lot of soreness in the hips when I started training in Pennsylvania because of all the hills. I noticed it when I would struggle on the steeper hills where I would be strafing my hips side to side and this would make them really sore. It might be normal, it might be a sign of an injury. It's too hard to tell just from your brief description.
