Water polo is pretty crazy. Treading water and getting tackled and kicked and grabbed underwater for 8 minutes at a time seems pretty rough.

I've said this before, the hardest sports are the ones that it takes the longest to master from scratch. That means sprinting is one of the easiest, but I don't know about the hardest.

that is the CRAZIEST event ever!! shooting, swimming, equestrian, fencing, and xc!! idk if it would be up on my scale of difficulty but it sure seems like fun
