okay, the trainers take awhile to get used to. they have very little cushion and are very much like nike frees. they do make your foot a lot stronger and after about a week or two of intense pain wearing these, youll be very unlikely to injuries. they're very very light.
my spikes are the best shoes ive ever had. it feels like more cushioning then any trainer ive ever had even. they feel liike a glove and are currently some of the lightest on the market. they're only 5 ounces. they just feel amazing. you can also change between 6 pins to 6 rubber spider-like things for races that cross over pavement.
whats wrong with dirt dogs?
