    how often do you guys get new running shoes?....not spikes or race shoes, just like training shoes

    I'm really bad about that stuff and get them about once every 1000 miles

    usually every 500 miles, or about 4 months

    i'm bad about that too, bout every 700-900 miles lol. i just got new adidas yesterday.

    it SHOULD be every 500-600 miles. more and you're risking injury.

    Just last year I started doing: one pair for XC continueing to winter running. Then a new pair for track and summer running. ( I generally get my new ones for XC though in the like beginning of August and start whereing them in the middle of the month)

    but, idk if that will still work depending on my milage.
    but i would reccomend new ones after about 500 miles.

    every 350 miles. yeah, I replace my shoes often...I tend to get knee pain when the cushioning/support is worn out.

    I know but it seems to work..haha.

    Usually A new pair for xc then I use those for winter training and somewhere in the middle/beg of track I get new ones.
