Re: Stupid Saturdailies
I need to do hills (because the trails I ran on yesterday were flat and I feel guilty haha) but it's pouring rain and thundering and I broke my treadmill about a month ago, so idk what I'm gonna do. Hopefully I'll be able to go outside later.

Might take a rest day.
My shoulder's acting up again--so probably stretching and stuff though. Nothing too intensive unless I change my mind.

Re: Stupid Saturdailies
it was cloudy this morning and fairly cool(at least for early august). i took advantage of it and extended my long run to 13.1 miles, half marathon distance. 1:35:30 NEW PR LOL.....I wasn't running hard, though, just cruising along at my normal easy pace.

10K Road Race this morning
I got 49:20, which is 7:57 per mile.
I also got a medal for second place in my age group, although technically it should of been third, since the winner of the race was in my age group.
Leaving for camp in Dartmouth, NH tomorrow

Re: Stupid Saturdailies
yeah, it was fun! we did it with a partner. one of us started out running, the other biking. after a mile, the person with the bike set it down until we [runner] reached it. then we would bike a mile & set it down when we were done, etc..XC_Love_518 wrote:runner4life92 wrote:run/bike. run a mile, bike a mile.

I ended up doing 10 hill sprints in the rain and thunder.
I picked a pretty short hill because I didn't want to be out there for very long.
