How many days has it been...

Since the last day you didn't go running?

I've gone running for 18 consecutive days, and I think that is some sort of record for me :/

10 for me

i don't like rest days for some reason, they make me feel lazy

44 days...don't see much reason to stop

Well, like rain or thunder or just scheduling issues can get in the way.

yeah, i always feel like i have to do something

1 day, i have been alternating running and biking the last week and a half or so cuz i have soem nagging shinsplints. over 2 weeks though since i've taken a day off of either of those

Ya, but some of use are sleeping 8 of those hours, working 6 others, and trying to schedule around eating so we don't poop ourselves when we are out there.

yes i had a systemic poison ivy outbreak and had to go to the emergency room for a dose of steroids that day

Why didn't you run? You probably could've gotten in like 20 at 4:30 pace or something.

only I alternate between the gym and running. I have 4 days running 3 gym/alternative. =/
But I'm slowly stopping that so I'll be running 6 probably by next week or so.

i didnt run yesterday lol. i take 1 day off a week and its usually sunday.

1 day. How are you guys able not to rest for 44 days without your body crashing

I take one day off a week... if you do a long run then you should definately have either a day off for cross training or a really easy recovery run after the long run because your muscles don't condition when you're running. They build up when you're resting.
Since the long run generally breaks your muscles down the most, it's good to give them a rest day after so that they can repair themselves.

anyway, I took Sunday off.

2 days because of camp.

Usually I try to take a day off every two weeks, just to give time to recover. I don't generally like to do more than that, because it makes me feel lazy and slow....

4 days. I take a day off often.

I take one day off a week. And it's ussually a thursday, so I've run for 5 days straigt.

about 67 days, haven't stopped since my break after track.

well conseridering im on crutches i havent been running alot recently

well i crosstrained the last 2 days so thats a break from running i guess.

i actually took yesterday off.....i was gonna do some easy miles, but i changed my mind
