Rethinking my summer plan Empty Rethinking my summer plan

A combination of band camp and a broken wrist convinced me to take this week off. I was at 46 mpw two weeks ago, then about 37 at XC camp, and 4 this week. Would it be OK to start up again at 45, or should I do something like 30, 40, 45, and then continue on my previous plan?

start up again at 45. if anything a week off helped you recover and get ready for more mileage. if you're too cautious you'll never get anything done.
