Sick today, but I had a race. All done, now, so I think I'll just chill out for the rest of the day. Hoping to be better by tomorrow for my long run.

Not sure what I'm doing today. My mom is a doctor, she thinks something may be wrong with me. An 8min/mile pace has become hard for me, I used to be the best on the team. And I'm always tired.
So I have to do this test on the treadmill looking at my heartrates and tomorrow I'm getting blood drawn.
Not sure if I'm doing a real run today or not. Weights, core, and pool running definately. A real run and bike maybe.

As soon as I finish posting on this site I'm going to go do 7 miles at a reallly easy pace because the way things are working out I can't take a day off this week. So I just reduced the mileage on my long run, which would have been today, and distributed it over the past 2 days... hope it works!
