Now that my essay is out of the way (3 hours for 1300 words)I can safely say I'm going for a 1 hr long run, about 8 miles.

#1- Going to my neighbour/boss' party. I'm going to eat a riddiculous amount of food; last time I gained 8 lbs over the course of the 6 hours. I'm gunning for over 10 lbs tonight. So many wings, nachos, beer (only 2-3 though), fajitas, salad, more wings, and so many amazing deserts (he and his wife used to own a bakery)

    #2- Steelers.

    2) The Steelers are going to win, but I really want the Cardnals to win, I always root for the underdogs!
And I did 3x1 mile repeats. The first one was great, but the I started to get a ittle dehydrated, and the last two sucked. But, on the plus it was 53 degrees!!!party dance
